It Sure Looks Like Marie Yovanovitch Committed Perjury in Her Testimony

It sure looks more and more like these Impeachment hearings are nothing more than a Political sham, because Democrats realize they can't beat Donald Trump at the Voting booth, so let's try Impeaching him. Marie Yovanocvitch the former Ambassador came right out and said she NEVER! heard about Joe Biden bragging about having that Ukrainian Prosecutor fired, Who in the Hell is going to believe that, Hell my Dog has probably seen Joe Biden bragging about it on TV. Anyways! these Impeachment hearings are WORTHLESS, it will NEVER! make it through the Senate and Donald Trump will be Re-elected in 2020, because of Shifty Shiffs Witchhunt.

I defend him all the time here. The phone call was unwise, but at best a 5-yard penalty and not even close to warrant removal from office, just like Democrats felt about Bill Clinton's perjury and obstruction of justice.

And yup, the ambassador committed perjury. She needs to be prosecuted for lying to Congress like Roger Stone, right?

What is there to defend when nothing came out of the hearings? When the Mueller report came out the left wanted every detail released including grand jury testimony. But with Trump the left holds secret meetings, controls which witnesses who will appear and even controls what questions will be asked. I thought you guys always seek the unbiased truth but now your side is only allowing one side's position to be presented. If you guys really wanted the truth then you wouldn't be using focus groups to determine which words would resonate with the public. That right there tells me this entire charade is based on political hatred and it's a hatred many the left made well known from day 1 of Trump's presidency.

 

Saying she never heard of Biden bragging about have the prosecutor fired makes her either a liar or stupid.

As the OP link asks, why was she even there? She had no first hand knowledge of the phone call and wasn't ambassador at the time, yesterday was nothing but a sad Democratic therapy session.

I hadn't heard of Biden bragging about the Ukraine thing prior to impeachment hearings, but I don't watch cable news and don't read Red State or breitbart. I guess not watching cable news is grounds for being accused of perjury in a Red State world?

I doubt it. But our Country has enough people lacking critical thinking skills to gladly elect an impeached criminal, so anything is possible.

 

The prosecution was setting up a timeline. The Ambassador was there to testify about the second phone call, she was there to show that Trump was setting up a situation where he could make an exchange for money for an investigation of a political rival. Funny how in Trump's first phone call to the Ukrainian President no mention was made of corruption or Biden, then Biden announces he's running for President and in the second call, Trump is suddenly very concerned about the Bidens ....

 

Do you have some ability to prove that she knew about Biden but was lying? Just because your dog knew about Biden doesn't really prove that she did...

True, because Yovanovitch was mentioned in the 2nd call.... perhaps not by name, but the references were unmistakable...

Still not sure why she didn't go before Taylor and Kent in the order.... she by knowledge and chronology should have gone first
