A Border Patrol agent shot and wounded a Russian citizen alledegly trying to sneak into the US through Mexico. Now this is the type border security that I like. I have advocated for more patrols, razor wire fencing, drones and the like.

Good news is that we stopped an illegal from getting in unscathed. Bad news is that the illegal lived and was flown to a US hospital with a non life threatening wound. So we, all of us are paying to keep a criminal in the lap of luxury in a hospital.

I was right when I kept saying that it is not only Mexicans and Latinos coming hete as illegals. I have more than once mentioned Russians as illegals. Among others of course.

I am glad that our Border Patrol agent was not hurt but I cannot and will not wish that Russian illegal well. Send the illegal Russian Thug back to Russia through Siberia when it recovers.

No, sorry, I'm not going to celebrate that Border Patrol had to shoot someone. I'd much prefer this person had been deterred by a wall, making this shooting unnecessary.

And for the record, a lot of us have known for a while it wasn't just "Mexicans and Latinos" coming here illegally. It's not like you folks weren't warned, but you're so hellbent on obstructing Trump's efforts to improve border security, you don't really have any room to complain about any illegal getting into America.

Still, if a Russian tried to sneak in via a Mexican border I’d hope CIA and FBI would question him/her. This seems odd, considering that there are more efficient routes to better life. If someone made it that far and they used flights, there is definitely something fishy about it.
