Conservatives do not tolerate dissent among their ranks. We saw this with Joe Walsh. We're seeing it now with Craig Silverman. In the eyes of conservatives, these people are 'scum' for defying the conservative echo chamber.

 

I can see how it might not be popular to have a host parroting the left's talking points on a conservative talk show.

There is no evidence provided that criticism of Trump had anything to do with anything. Do liberals even know what evidence is? They provide none here, none in the impeachment clown show, none before their collusion witch hunt, its a pattern of stupidity...

 

Who was it that just got fired for revealing that NBC held back an entire investigation about one particular Democrat darling who had close ties to Bill Clinton? Sexual abuse of young women..

 

If it went down like he said there is far more to this story. If you want to be on the air you either need to have so many loyal listeners that firing you is a bad business decision or you stay with in your program managers guide lines. In the end this is most definitely not a freedom of speak issue like Silverman said. He had the right to say what he wanted but you must also be willing to face the consequences.

 

The host went on the air that day talking about how he was going to be making appearances on other stations, which he isn't allowed to do per his contract.

His station management called his bluff and he was fired mid show-which isn't unheard of in radio.

I live in the greater Denver area, and for many years Craig Silverman has been known to us as being one of long-time mouthpieces for the hyperliberal Left, everywhere in the Denver-Boulder corridor. He's no better and no worse than any of the rest of them -- with which the entire State of Colorado is continually infested as the Lib sewage from California continues to pour in everywhere in the Rocky Mountain West, just as it has since the early 1990's....

Don't worry too much about Silverman... I'd anticipate that he'll have a microphone, at another radio station, to babble into before the end of the year....

Oh, and the Denver Post? One of the most dependably hyperliberal rags still owning printing presses in the United States. I quit reading its bilge decades ago....

Women's March, feminist activists, TERF, trans activists, and on and on ... these people are a tiny minority. One thing I do know is that women as a whole are paying much closer attention to their rights. Plenty of women would say they're not feminists and in the same breath say they aren't going to put up with discrimination.

if I bashed my company in public I would be fired the next day. Who do you work for and what world do you love in where you think you have the right to bash your own employer and not face Consequences?
