I believe that the law already says that non citizens can be deported over just about any serious breach of laws. Even a Naturalized citizen can be stripped of their citizenship and deported under certain conditions,
The problem is the laws are not applied.

To touch on the remainder of your post; I agree these families should have been stopped before they entered the country but we didn’t and now have children and now young adults here that have no other home. They know no other country. What do you propose we do to them? For the record I am perfectly fine with deporting adults that crossed illegally.

I disagree with reparations due to the same principle that children should not be punished or rewarded because of the actions of their parents or ancestors. Do you support reparations? I support removing the parents, if the child is now of age and can remain they should be given the option of a fast track immigration to remain. If the child is a minor they would be deported as well.

Yeah, the guy that isn't even a U.S. citizen so who cares. Cry me a Rio Grande, they need to be shipped straight outta here. And on top of that, they need to be given a bill from the government to pay for all the free **** they got on the backs on U.S. taxpaying citizens while they were here illegally. Furthermore, they need to be permanently banned from re-entry. No work visas, tourist visas NADA.

 

I live in CA and can tell you that any town or part of a larger town that has a majority Mexican population is an utter ****hole. Import the third world become the third world. Demographics are destiny.

 

It DACA, was a "temporary" holding pattern deal as I recall Obamalites said. Obama ran out of political capital and ran out of Democratic House and Senatorial members so the DACAlites were sitting in limbo and getting older. By the time there status gets resolved they will be grandparents and what do we do? Deport the entire mess ? Starting with the criminal great grandparents and then down the line to the illegal but innocent and then what deport their offspring who were born here?
We could do that if we do away with the 14th amendment retroactively.

We could move to the Final Solution with the DACA and illegals problem by just suspending the Constitution and make immigration and illegal migrant problem a military and security issue. Hey there is an unnamed POTUS who already is ignoring the Constitution so what do we need it for? Wallpaper?

Leaving it up to the child — who is innocent in all of this and knows no other home — would be best.
Thus there is no “ripping their parents away”.

 

If i commit a crime and the police arrest me they are ripping me away from my children. Dont commit crimes. Problem solved.
