    Not me. My position is this. The WH said he had a free day. So, he chose to go have an interim check up. Nah. He would have played 18, if he had a free day.

    Come on, you know well that no Judge has the right to an automatic yes to confirmation. And as you see presently from Democrats, they also believe they owe no duty to perform legislation nor work for new Justices. But due to the rule change of course Trump is blasting them out of the ballpark with brand new higher court Judges and Justices. Scalia died in his sleep and must be smiling at who replaced him.

    My theory? Well, I have seen this play out a zillion times when people are facing a potential cliff. It is said that the first resort of the villain is loss of memory. That is, in my experience, equalled by......"My health is in great jeopardy so I cannot attend. I can't deal with this right now." But, Trump's personal Physician has debunked that option.
