    so he just did not have the endurance to do a normal four-hour exam?

    I am wondering if he is planning to resign for "health" reasons, thus claim he was innocent and would have fought it but for his health

    I'm pretty sure Biden actually has dementia. Poor guy. And Trump is unfit, in pretty much every aspect, his physical health is the least of it. Also are you going to answer the question or not?

    When Justice Sotomayer was confirmed in 2009, the vote was 68-31 in favor of her confirmation. That tells me that Republicans voted.

    There were no Supreme Court nominations in 2008, so there was no reason to vote. George Bush was still in office, so it stands to reason that had someone been nominated by him, Republicans would've voted to confirm.

    Seriously, I don't know what the Hell you're talking about. The GOP didn't "steal" the Supreme Court...
