There are great courses in Virginia - he CHOOSES to go to more distant courses where travel fees are increased and Trump can charge the nation for incidentals to that golf trip. Not cool. And all this after he promised his voters he would be too busy for golf.

Trump is a super consumer. He is an eating machine who will suck all the air out of any room. He slashed funding for homeless Veterans 2 years ago.. but NOTHING is too costly for his wants.

There are golf courses on US Military bases within an hour of DC.

 

Previous presidents did not own the golf course they played at. Thus they paid taxpayer money freely to play golf.
