Here’s the list of states under represented which will gain representatives and electoral votes for the 2022 election.

    Arizona +1 (from 9 to 10)

    Colorado +1 (from 7 to 8)

    Florida +2 (from 27 to 29)

    Montana +1 (from At-large to 2)

    North Carolina +1 (from 13 to 14)

    Oregon +1 (from 5 to 6)

    Texas +3 (from 36 to 39)

This is the list of states over represented that will be losing representatives and electoral votes for the 2022 election.

    Alabama -1 (from 7 to 6)

California -1 or even (from 53 to 52 or no change)

    Illinois -1 (from 18 to 17)

    Michigan -1 (from 14 to 13)

Minnesota -1 or even (from 8 to 7 or no change)

    New York -2 (from 27 to 25)

    Ohio -1 (from 16 to 15)

    Pennsylvania -1 (from 18 to 17)

    Rhode Island -1 (from 2 to 1)

    West Virginia -1 (from 3 to 2)

As you can see Texas is the most under represented state which will be gaining 3 representatives. Florida is also under represented who will be gaining 2 representatives while New York is the most over represented state, losing 2.

You should be clearer as you weren’t at all. You said he failed while using DC, which isn’t a state(which was his claim in the first place) as a reason he did so.

DC’s representation is ALL of Capitol Hill.

Who will rebuild our dying middle class?

We lost the party who built it by reigning in the rich and powerful corps. and big bsnking.

The people would have to take the democrat party back to do this.

Yet the war for this has been going on since Obama lied about change and
    bedded down with the bankers

    Nope.

Republicans want them paying taxes without representation.

There weren’t any Republicans when the Constitution was signed off in 1787.

There is not even ONE voting congressman on Capitol Hill that was elected by a citizen residing in DC.

Yet, the House has financial control of DC!!

That is against all our principles concerning representation and taxation.

Yet, that is the way Republicans want it to be, making representation of those citizens essentially impossible.

The problem didn't really exist back then, as DC was not to be the permanent residence of American citizens.

The problem is TODAY, when more citizens live there than live in either Wyoming or Vermong.

Yet, they have no congressional representation.

Again, this problem CAN be resolved in more than one way.

BUT, Republicans do not want it resolved - they are happy with taxation without representation.

The will of the people, as in the death of Socrates? As in the French Revolution’s Guillotine? As in the “The Furher” and the Reich Folk?

Nothing is more dangerous to liberty than the Will of the People.

And how would you know what to forgive until you judge what they did. It’s not Do not judge lest you be judge; it’s judge and be prepared to be judged.

And absolutely the happiness of life is the ability to create wonderful things that make life enjoyable—Winter jackets, beach bikinis, HDTV, Filet Mignons, hamburgers, fries, and chocolate cakes, Christmas trees and present, vaccines, jets, hospitals, and cruise ships to the Caribbean. All glorious marvels created by inventive mind of the human soul.

Without manmade material wonders, life would be short, ugly, and hell, like in the Dark Ages—when Christianity ruled the West.

A big start to building the middle-class would be to not implement trickle-down economics. That only helps companies and stock-holders.

Bring the corporate income tax back to 35%. Put more money in the pockets of the middle-class with massive tax cuts. A jobs program would be nice.

And one cannot forget when the middle-class was at its peak UNIONS were strong. A collective voice for the workers keeps them from getting screwed over. Collective bargaining power.

Representation numbers are fine. It gives the minority a voice. The problem is gerrymandering. The last maps have been from computer simulated programs and it can be very unfair and not representative of the population in that area. Luckily these gerrymandering laws are getting struck down. Republicans are losing the numbers game slowly but surely. The future for them is to disenfranchise DEM voters.

The way to save the middle class is to not sacrifice the wealthy to the sores of the poor.

Were the wealthy sacrificed in the 1950s?

Big time. Then Kennedy got elected in 1960, cut taxes, and the economy took off, Reagan did the same thing in the 80s. And had the same results, a booming economy. Trumps tried, but pissed all over his tax cuts with his immoral tariffs. And now manufacturing is contracting and the economy is grow at a anemic 2%.

So you don't believe in one person one vote.

Why should someone in Montana have 3x the representation of someone in New York State ?

If you don't like our system then call a Constitutional Convention and change it. Thomas Jefferson thought that there should be such a convention every 20 years.

BTW, in Iceland rural votes are equivalent to 3 urban votes. Why do you suppose that is ??

We have spent ~ $22T on the war on poverty which is the largest transfer of wealth in the history of the world. Poverty rates have not significantly budged.

It's not only small states that are either over or under represented, some large states are also over and under represented. To equalize representation, those states with under representation will gain a representative or two or three after the 2020 census. Those states over represented will lose a representative or two after the 2020 census.
