    YEah, that's the deposition I was talking about earlier. It was made in Sept of 2019.

    There are only 2 instances where this has been claimed. Once in Sept of 2019 by Shokin, and once by Fox News going over Rudy Guiliani's alleged notes from a possible conversation in Jan of 2019 (a claim made by Fox in Oct of 2019)

    Who created it?

    That would be Yulia Tymoshenko in 2009. It's funded by the Ukraining Govt, and conducted by the parliamentary committee on issues of fighting organized crime and corruption.

    It's one of 3 pillars of anti-corruption agencies within the Ukraine Govt. The other related one is SAPO

    SAPO is an independent structural unit of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, and is primarily responsible for supporting and overseeing criminal investigations launched by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU).

    The office is entrusted with: supervision over observance of laws during conducting of operational search activity of pre-trial investigation by the NABU; the maintenance of state prosecution in relevant proceedings; and the representation of the interests of a citizen or state in court in cases provided for by law and related to corruption or corruption-related offenses.

    I think Trump's biggest ****-up was hiring Manafort. Also, man is the Ukraine corrupt or what?

    I think Trump should Sanction Ukraine for interfering with the Election.

    Actually what Manafort was found guilty of was the same thing that Mueller declined to prosecute him for in 2014.

    The Ukrainian government that was involved have been replaced with a new government.

    16 or 17 US Intel agencies said it was the Russians. Two "people" one a KGB Scum Turd known as Putin and an alleged US president known as Trump say it wasn't. I never believe scum KGB turds so I donwith Russians did it.

    Shokin was indeed hired for failure to investigate and failure to prosecute. Shokin is a Soviet era trained so called prosecutor. Soviet era prosecutors were corrupt by training and by nature so anyone who believes Shokin a Soviet era prosecutor is foolish at best.
