    LOL... no, he really cannot.... he can certainly attempt to protect private decision making on the grounds of EP, but that's not what is being claimed here.... He cannot ignore a co-equal branch of government....

    And do you know who said so? The third branch of government, put into the position to mediate that question.

    That is on Trump. Quid pro quo and bribery are describing the same thing, obstruction of congress and of justice has occurred both in connection with that bribery and otherwise, and abuse of power describes all of this and other abuses he has committed. So, it's not that one day it's this and then it's that, but that these are mainly various specific abuses by Trump and various descriptions for the same abuses in varying degrees of precision.

    So you think it's okay for him to do everything in his power to avoid cooperation and that he is innocent but that it's worth impeaching and removing a president for lying about a blowjob that was consentual?

    That is what the court is for, to determine if Congress has the right to breach the separation of powers or not. The dem clown show is in such a hurry they shelved all their subpoena's.

    As of NOW, it is up to the whims of 100 Senators.

    53 of which are from Trump's Party.

    And, they need 67 Votes to convict.
