I agree, Obama did a good job, too bad Trump is setting us up for another recession and maybe even a depression

 

There hasn't been a 10-year period without a recession in memory, until the last 10 years. It doesn't seem to make any difference who is sitting in the Executive Office.

We should be happy for a very nice decade. The other shoe will drop whether Trump gets reelected, or the Democrat nominee wins in 2020.

 

There isn't a snowballs chance in hell we will ever repay the national debt,it's upward and onward.

The latest jobs report also included upward revisions to both September’s and October’s headline payroll figures. September’s change in total non-farm payrolls was revised up by 13,000 to 193,000, while October’s level was revised up by 28,000 to 156,000. These updates raised the three-month average of job gains to 205,000.

 

Probably not, unless or until there is a citizen revolt against the ruling elite class in Washington DC. The preamble to the Declaration of Independence says that if the government ever becomes a crushing force, the citizens have not just a right, but a duty, to throw off such a government.

There are indications that 70-80 percent of US citizens do not believe that the government bows to the will of the people as our employees, but that the people have become victims of a corrupt ruling class who do not serve our needs.

Those 70-80 percent majority would be a lot of Trump supporters and a lot of Bernie Sanders supporters. Populists essentially. Nationalist-Populists and Socialist-Populists have very different solutions to the people taking back their own power over the government, but there is lots of agreement that only a minority of voters are content with having the status-quo Democrat and Republicans rulers telling us what to do. Our overlords are telling us to divide into opposing groups and fight viciously amongst ourselves. Perhaps that is so that we don't unite against them, and establish new leaders?

Despite the corporate tax cuts they received, they are not reinvesting in the expansion of business with their taxsavings,they are instead buying back their own stock driving it's price upward.

 

That policy goes back to Clinton! And Barney Frank and crew steam rolled Bush in to relaxing qualifications by a fear mongering campaign that the Republicans were stopping the "AMERICAN DREAM"..
