Yes, I am explicitly saying that the US had no such investigation.

Much like this administration will be called the worst presidency in the history of the United States.... Officially? Probably. Unofficially? You bet!

Still think Impeachment Vote on the House Floor will not take place?

What do you think happens if the House tries this nonsense again? Recalls, nation wide, and the DOJ will get involved, it will be an ugly mess, but perhaps necessary. You folks have had three years, special prosecutors, and now this. If you haven't gotten right by now, you won't. Keep trying and you will lose the people for a generation. Nobody wants whiny losers harping on imagined crimes year after year after year...

Because it's "politics" does not mandate that it is illegal. You've simply been conditioned to think all "politics" is bad and evil. Tell me...what would you replace it with? The "truth?" Whose version? If you are right...tell me why didn't Trump fire Mueller immediately after he was appointed? He certainly had the power...to order Mueller's firing, via Sessions and Rosenstein. If they objected, he had the power to fire both of them and appoint people like Barr to fire Mueller. In fact, there is testimony that he DID order the White House attorney to do so. And, testimony that he ordered Lewandoski (a visiting acquaintance and former campaign manager) to order, on his behalf, Sessions to fire Mueller.
Why didn't he do these things?

Only if the House wants to lose its majority. Even the manufactured liberal polls show independents and moderates in every swing state don't support this clown show...

Fine. Yes, I am explicitly saying that no investigation against Burisma Oil, by Ukraine or by Trump, was on going.

All the polls you see that appear to be nearly 50/50 are because most republicans Want Trump impeached to show how stupid and fruitless the lame dems efforts have been and to end this nonsense. Once the sham House clown show is over, the Senate will waste no time with any lame trial.

Graham said today, The procedure will be: 1) House appears before Senate. 2) House presents trial record. 3) A vote takes place after that. 4) acquittal. Done and Done.
    A) No witnesses will be called. B) He said the timeframe could be one week. C) He said he has no trust in Schiff or Nadler and D) won't allow an extended trial.

Yep because we always label a president able to create a roaring economy as . . . the . . . worst. Trump made this economy happen . . . not Obama.

The person who keeps whining about being persecuted is Trump. The GOP died with Trump. They could never recover from the Bush recession and Middle Eastern wars...turning the Party over to people frantically trying to figure a way out of those dilemmas...ranging from the Koch Brothers, to Shelton Adelson, and eventually to Robert Mercer and assorted real estate developers, oil oligarchs, and hedge fund managers. The Entertainer was their answer.

Hysterical that a juror is saying acquittal before the trial... maybe he needs to be removed for bias??

Debatable, but he certainly didn't make it worse (unless you are a farmer or work in the manufacturing sector or work for the government itself)

Your answer was Hillary and Comrade Bernie. Not sure how you see Republicans as the wrong side of this. You folks said the Republican party was dead in 2008, then 2010 proved that lie. If anyone is in trouble its the party running a third string loser as their prime time candidate, followed by the fake indian, Comrade Coronary, and the village mayor whose name nobody can pronounce. That's a road to victory only if your a lemming...

    BTW (your source)

The NABU’s investigation related to the 2010-2012 [before Biden joined in 2014] period is not particularly active, Kholodnytsky added.

“At the moment, this case is up in the air, so to speak. Up in the air means that there is no active investigative work ongoing.

Because Trump is not a scum bucket in the same way that the leftist leadership have collectively demonstrated to this nation that they are scum buckets. They are impeaching him strictly over butt hurt . . . which is about as scum bucket at it gets.

No...the majority believe he was wrong. The discussion is over whether or not that wrong rises to the level of removal from office. It's not a complex issue. Who do you believe controls the "purse strings?" My position is that it is Congress and unless the President takes issue with their appropriations he must carry them out. If he wants to withhold funding against the will of Congress, he must formally inform them of the withholding and the cause for such. He didn't do that. He broke the law. Do you want to give him a "pass" on that? Or, not?
He released funding only AFTER the tel-con was exposed.
If the President really wants to put this behind him, then let his testify to the House Judicial Committee, under oath, as well as release related documentation and allow Executive Branch officials to testify, such as Barr, Pompeo, Bolten and others, such as Giuliani.

I added the 4th point, acquittal. It is a foregone conclusion.

That being said, I suggest you get you tear rag out now. Wash it as it probably needs cleaning from the beating that you took in 2016 and never got over.

Why? Do you think there is one person on this forum who doesn't think the Do Nothing Senate is going to acquit ASAP??

Article 1 will be forgotten in the history of time, but Article 2 will be brought up the next time any Senate requests an Executive Branch employee to appear from the opposite party for ANY REASON..
