    They haven't figured out gun control is a losing proposition for them since the 94 AWB.

    They never learn-they always think they can pull it off next time.

    Incidentally this why dems are so distressed to lose SCOTUS for a generation-a means to bypass the will of the people is no longer there.

    I don't think the DNC celebrates Christmas, but this should be blasting on the PA...

    Again, it just blows my mind that these Democrats think this will end well for them.

    How detatched are they? Do they know what nation they live in?

    Have they for a second considered the blowback and response that would occur the first time an American citizen who was heretofore a law abiding citizen with no ill will towards anyone - gets gunned down for refusing to surrender a constitutional right?

    Not to glorify Timothy McVeigh or what he did, but I think it'd serve Democrats well to remember that his alleged motivation was Waco and Ruby Ridge. So just imagine what's in store if one of these foolish Democrats actually attempts to use lethal government force en masse against peaceful law abiding citizens.

    And it always strikes me as odd how there's this constant insinuation from the left that within 'the right' lurks this terroristic threat... and then they go about creating the circumstances in which their fears can be confirmed.

    Regardless, it's a bunch of black kids beating a white kid on a school bus. That's national news if the races were reversed. That's how demoralized white progressives have become, they've simply capitulated.

    I theorize that this is one source of rage exibited in white progressives who're activists. They understand that they're literal cucks, they're mad about it, but they can't attack the people who're holding their shackles, so they just lash out at the other whites who their handlers have identified as 'bad white people'.

    Let's be realistic, the Democrats only really want to seize the legally-owned guns of white gun owners. Guns that are properly and legally registered, easy to locate, and which pose little threat to society.

    The optics of the government seizing weapons(legally owned or otherwise) from minorities is just too distasteful to delicate liberal sensibilities.

    The Democrats will NEVER go after the guns that are a true and present danger- those thousands upon thousands of illegal and unregistered guns in the hands of black thugs. The Democrats know where these illegal guns are, and in which neighbors , but they will NEVER send any law enforcement agencies or military units to get them.

    According to the OP, the idea has only been "floated".

    It hasn't been made into law (or implemented).

    In other words, as of now, it is much ado about nothing.
