    Nonsense, there was never any popular enthusiasm for Stalin or any of the NK Tyrants.

    Hitler and Mussolini did enjoy some popular support, especially from liberals and "progressives" until Hitler broke the Hitler/Stalin Pact and invaded the USSR.

    Most of Hitler's early crowds did not gather under threat of death. Germany in the early 1930's was relatively democratic...albeit under huge economic pressure because of WWI. The Germans of that day gathered at his speeches because they thought Hitler was going to deliver on his "Make Germany Great Again" nonsense.

    They were fools.

    But...keep talking about the big crowds. It is something this side of the issue cannot dispute. Trump, like Hitler, is able to generate HUGE crowds. I acknowledge that totally and without reservation.

    Baloney, FDR, JFK, TR, Reagan, Kanye West, Churchill, Lincoln, The Beatles....
    Good speakers, popular politicians, entertainers, preachers, and celebrities call all attract a crowd.
    Kim and Stalin never attracted a crowd. Surely you know that.

    None of the politicians you mentioned were able to draw crowds the size of Trumps. None of 'em...and certainly not with the regularity Trump is able to do.

    He can draw the crowds.
