    So we have a mass shooting in Chicago - AGAIN. How will the narrative develop? Will Trump and (pick your color) nationalists get blamed? Will guns and/or the lack of gun laws get blamed? Will Hogg show up and blame the NRA? Will this story consume endless hours on TV talk shows where, again, they'll blame Trump?

    I would love to help Chicago's police find the shooters, they're interested in a few people but didn't give a description. What's up with that?

    I wonder why the Democrats don't march into Chicago with the national guard and take everyone's gun away?

    I'm wondering how many democrats are going to run to Twitter and denounce this mass shooting and who they're going to blame. It seems to me the left is only concerned about mass shootings when the victims and shooters have specific traits. I'm going to guess there will be no CNN panels talking about this, but they did copy and paste this story onto their web site but they did leave out certain facts which are inconvenient to the left.

    They where probably selling drugs there so this will very quietly get chalked off to “work place violence” and disappear. If the shooter(s) are white it it will be proclaimed as right wing racist white privaliged trump induced terrorism and front page news for the next two weeks.

    Black on black violence means nothing to Dems. But if a white police officer looks cross-eyed at a young black man, it’s a national crisis worse than the Vietnam.

    Black Lives don’t matter when they shoot each other apparently. TIme And time again the MSM glosses over crimes that dont involve white people and can’t be politicized. And mass shootings certainly don’t matter when there aren’t any white people to blame. But I guess we can give this time. I’m sure a Dem congressperson will figure out a way to blame Trump.

    There's been something like 2,500 shootings in Chicago alone this year. I'll wager that the specifics of these shootings are pretty similar, and further, that an alarming portion of those shootings literally satisfy various definitions of a mass shooting. The type of shootings MSM likes to discuss cannot even hold a flame to the variety we see in Chicago and Baltimore. The wrong conversation is being had, intentionally.

    I think that the definition of mass shooting used by the MSM must have the words "out of the ordinary" as a defining phrase. To the leftist statisticians, these were not mass shootings, so nothing to see here. It is just normal everyday life in Chicago. Nothing out of the ordinary at all.

    Just another case of wrong place/wrong time.

    I hang out in Chicago (frequently) and I sometimes stay there for weeks at a time in the Summer.

    I have never even seen a gun except for police sidearms.

    Hopefully the perps are brought to justice and prosecuted to the laws fullest extent.

    My money is on this story not making or at least not staying in the MSM spotlight for long... Doesn't fit the narrative of 'white people bad, guns bad'.
