Board certification is not required to practice a specialty. In fact, those that pursue specialty board certification do so while practicing in their specialty, after graduation from training.
Some take several years to accomplish this.
During this process, they are known as board eligible

Sorry that you have no idea what specialty board certification is or how it works. But please, continue to spout off in a guessing game

Never said that. In fact I support quite a few "lefty ideas". Degrees have their place. But they are not the end all be all of a person or their capability.

You rambled. But no where did I say one couldn’t practice a specialty without certification. Just reread your own reference to what I said. What I will say is, you’d be hard pressed to find many hospitals that will hire uncertified specialists.

Maybe relaxing so you can actually read what I posted might help.

Ive said that over and over. They are at the beginning. They are necessary to get you in the door of most professional organizations. No reputable engineering firm is going to let you be the key designer..without, degrees or licenses or certifications. You need a degree at some point. . Now you can brag about your expertise and experience...that matter.

Here is the post. Where does it say it’s required to practice a specialty. It’s mandatory to provide the proof that a specialist has been trained and experienced in his area of specialty.
It sounds like you are only reading phrases and not sentences. I think a course in English Literature would help.

Certification is mandatory to prove that a doctor has the experience and training, just like any diploma or degree does.

Board certification is necessary to assure the patient he has the experience and training to do what he says he can do what he
    claims.

As far as I know, no one is against higher education. Getting an advanced education is clearly a good thing. Our society would not survive without it.

Now lets get to the issue. An advanced education is a poor indication of intelligence. Even though it might take a higher intelligence to complete that higher education, trying to use education as a judge of intelligence just does not work. Many very intelligent people never get a college education for numerous reasons. That same education sometimes ends up narrowing their view so that they think their specialty is the solution to all world problem. And some, even though their IQ might be out of this world, they just have no common sense.

You said mandatory, you also said government controlled..... total Fail.

But hey, at least you finally went and made friends with google . Too bad you had to publicly assert your wrongness in such an embarrassingly overt fashion, over and over and over again, before figuring out you needed to phone a friend.

Can you say that part about being educated and knowing your limitations again?

And now you know you were wrong.
    It is not mandatory

Proof of graduating training is necessary

Do you know what a “prepositional phrase” is and what it’s used for ? With all due respect, this post you just made indicates a distinct problem reading my post. I’ve posted it correctly. You’re reading it incorrectly. . You can’t stop reading a sentence after a phrase. You read it in its entirety. Rather then accuse and slander people, just ask what they mean. I will respond.

Does it say, “certification is mandatory TO PRACTICE A SPECIALTY ?” No it does not.
It is mandatory to provide PROOF.

There is no fear of educational achievement. The fear is saying that educational achievement solves all problems.

The fear should be in what is being taught. Having no education cannot be a good thing but being educated through political propaganda is worse than no education at all. Strict political propaganda in education is what destroyed the USSR and it is the same that is destroying the U.S. as well.

    "Slander", how cute.
Why don't you say "bully" too?

You were wrong. You had no idea what specialty board certification was, how it worked, or that it wasn't government controlled.
    You're welcome for the education

No. It makes them only less apt to vote for Trump as well. It's just that it makes the uneducated more likely not to vote for him.
It's like I said before. The educated said he can't be that bad, while the uneducated said, oh yeah?
Every body - even the educated make mistakes. :)
What's your theory? I can tell you have one.

No disagreement three. An advanced education is a good thing. The brainwashing accompanying that education is not.

    Some, maybe half.

If half the college students refused to go to college, employers would have no choice but to hire from the available labor pool.

I'm not sure how you get that from the graphs.
When you ask me about minority opinion. Yes, I do look at their opinion.

No. They are not color blind. That's why they vote against Trump as a block.

    I generally go with Pew.

    Post it.
You’re making up stuff and being absurd and accusatory with you're not reading my posts correctly I can’t help that.
Every state regulates the medical field in their state through a board. This board is highly regulated. Everything is on the table. Any entity, lawyer or patient can use this board to lodge complaints against healthcare professionals and their duties relative to their license to practice medicine. If the don’t perform their practice, including their specialties within the guidelines outlined in each state, they are subject to suspensions or loss of licenses.

That’s not true. We have a thousands of engineering and medical jobs available and unfilled by qualified degreed US citizens. Corporations are hiring foreign nations with degrees to fill this void. They aren’t accepting dullards from street corners. Go to any hospital . Go to any graduate program in engineering. You’ll see a plethora of foreign nations living and working in the US cause there aren’t enough qualified formally educated US natural born citizens.

So pull your children out of high school now and close them down. Think of all the tax dollars you'll save. As long as they know their A B C's they'll be fine.

Unfortunately no diploma comes with it. You certainly are no expert. You won’t quote anything in its entirety once you’re proven wrong. Hope you’re not encouraging more school drop outs. It will just result in more foreign nationals taking all the high paying jobs.

Specialty boards have nothing to with the State Medical Board. The State Medical Board licenses physicians to practice medicine in the state.
    This is not board certification.

Now I know the word "board" appears twice, and it can get rather confusing, that's why it's better not to spout off and dance the cocky rooster dance before you know wtf you're talking about

These jobs aren't being filled by students with humanities and other fluff majors, in case you haven't noticed
