blue states absolutely dominate red states economically. They are better rated in education, quality of life, healthcare etc. There is a reason the bottom 10 states are all red states.

It has more to do with gentrification than political policy but you knew that.

All rural states with high concentration of Democrat cities.

Theres also a reason people are fleeing blue states for red states. CA, IL, and NY are losing population while TX, FL, and GA gain it.

the bottom 10 states are all red states. There is a reason they are at the bottom. republican policies. People are leaving higher populated areas for less populated areas due to overcrowding. Has happened for the entirety of human history. Those people leaving will convert their new states to purple or blue states, which improves the state in general.

Democrats are like locusts ... they destroy their habitat, then move to your location and destroy it.

Our guy out in California retired yesterday, he purchased a house in Arizona about 10 years and is packing his bags and can't wait to get out. Talked to him Monday and he said it's is just horrible with all the homelessness and crime and what he has to pay in taxes for the quality of life he is receiving. Good luck to him.

Why are the progressives moving out, isn't California the type of state they want to live in? The passed all those laws and taxes and elected those officials, what went wrong?

Who said it's progressives moving out?? Certainly not the US Census Dept in this OP

4.5 million Californians voted for Trump in 2016.. maybe those are the bulk of the people leaving??

Many states may see their representatives numbers decline as our population begins to decrease.California because of it's high state GDP will always be an attraction for those looking for work although climate change and their fires and crazy weather could change that.

Why are red states surging and blue states fading?

Because they have large concentrations of disease, trash ridden populations of Democrats.

    I said that.

Look at Alabama or Mississippi. What's their racial makeup?

I do believe the "shitty" deep south states have a higher proportion of... you know who's.... concentrated in large areas than other places like Massachusetts or Vermont.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Nevertheless, what you said has nothing to do with mass migration away from blue states that are oh so majestic, in your opinion. They're not looking for "space" as you tried to insinuate... they're running from blue policies.

Not really bad news for democrats as those people moving out of NY and CA will bring their politics with them. They aren't moving out of political disgust, rather they are looking for other economic opportunities and lower cost of living. Indeed if your line of reasoning above were true, then why is it people in Texas are complaining about Californians coming there and ruining their state? Also, Coloradans complain about it too. It can't be both. Sorry.

I wouldn't call what is currently happening to red states as "surging". I would call it destruction.

Globalist elites with malice and forethought have decided on demographic warfare on red states. They realize that 3rd world immigrants vote almost unanimously for Democrats. Based on that, the bureaucrats in Washington have recently begun funneling immigration to red states.....

The states where the number of immigrants are GROWING FASTEST include:
    Tennessee
    Mississippi
    South Dakota
    Wyoming
    North Dakota

This is demographic warfare. They need only a few million immigrants in certain states to permanently take over the United States Senate. This could be accomplished in less than a decade.

Liberalism is a disease, plain and simple.

This is simply part of the spread of the liberal pathogen into other non-infected or partially-infected States.

I will admit that I fear that these people moving from these blue states are blue themselves and have spent a lifetime voting for the kind of idiots that put these states in such bad shape, these "migrants" escape the hell of CA and NY and then move to a better place and commence to start to ruin that place like they have with Oregon, Idaho, Colorado etc, voting for the same complete morons that ruined California. Some people cannot be saved from themselves, unfortunately liberal policies ruin everything they touch. FACT.

no they don't. republican policies are directly responsible for the states rankings.

irrelevant. laws are made by republicans.
    race is entirely irrelevant.
    I have
They demonstrably are not running from blue policies. They are taking their blue policies and implementing them where they move, which improves those states.
