Really they just couldn't leave healthy black culture alone. They smashed it and then poured federal hi-rise concrete all over it. Anyone who can possibly flee from that metastasis is gonna take the first train or the Hound Dog to somewhere real.

I would be willing to bet much of Black and Deckers sales are in the US. When tariffs negate the benefit of manufacturing overseas then they come back as shipping and distribution is cheaper.

    Leverage.

There will be plenty of nice homes that could accommodate a horse in the yard out here in Middle America. I have homes with horses and other animals all around me where I live.

If you believe climate change is an existential threat, then something like zoning regulations is a tool to combat the threat (and nobody has the right to do anything they want to on their property, nor should they have that right). They would have been fine if the environment was the only reason. Bringing racism into the mix turns the whole thing into a joke.

The State can do what they want, remember, States Rights.
The NAACP had a lawsuit against zoning calling it racially discriminatory, and they dropped it when Carter did the CRA (and we know how that worked out).

There is nothing new here, the Nazi SOCIALIST Republicans (Southern Democrats who changed names) have used zoning laws on house sizes and lot sizes to control everything for decades. See "Lost Rights" by James Bovard.

When I wanted to build 800 square feet on 2.5 acres (a requirement for lot size), like my neighbor whose lot was smaller, the NAZIS (that is SOCIALIST REPUBLICANS) claimed "watershed" prevented it, so I had to build 1100 square feet, now the NAZIS (that is SOCIALIST REPUBLICANS) require up to 2000 square feet.

Oh, I forgot, if you bees a black ball player you can build higher than a four foot fence in your front yard, because the NAZI REPUBLICANS like money more than white peoples.

I'm sure they do. But there are 8 billion people in the world. It's more efficient and less wear-and-tear on the environment to have those people in a city then in sprawling suburbs.

Democrats: "If you like your horse, you can keep it."

On the other hand, "If you like your house, you can't."

I planted 600 trees on what used to be pasture, also had a garden for food, a tiny house (which is illegal since forever because of racist NAZI DEMOCRATS) under a tree canopy, and an electric bike to get to the job, far less heat radiated to space than Urban Heat Islands.

The social justice activists call that event gentrification, and should be prohibited.

Condos aren't necessarily little. These laws don't specify these houses have to be little. The point is to reduce housing costs and congestion issues by the workers living closer to the city center. I support it because it helps people afford housing in cities.

Let them start by putting section 8 in their own neighborhood first. Then I'll be willing to listen. ;-)

    This is your post?
I am saying that there is a way for you to get something that suits you better than the Daily Caller. If you are really interested as you seem to claim then show some initiative and use google to argue the substance of the point. But of course it's always easier to say "your source sucks" rather than prove that the source sucks. I bet you rely on CNN, NYT and MSNBC, all of which are just as questionable as the Daily Caller. If your goal is to spit out mindless rhetoric then your post is totally understandable. Have at it.

most on the left do not want this, yes there may be some pockets where it's wanted, but it will never catch on in the rest of the country

I live in a Republican state, and we have apartments going up like crazy, I think it's really the real estate people that want it, as they prefer to rent to people, rather than people own

Republicans, if you like your body, tough, we want to control it

republicans just banned fruit flavored e-cigs, only choices now are tobacco flavored or mint - republicans want to control everything

Sure, we have land and you could put the entire world population on it. The problem is that there wouldn't be any farm land, forests, or other open spaces left. Then there is the water supply problem and waste management issues, factories, etc. If the population continues to grow the density in certain areas will increase. Land is needed for other purposes than to have you sit on it. So, at some point, single family lots will be condemned and the houses torn down so that huge apartment buildings can be built of the lots. Russia is vastly underpopulated. It could easily take 5 billion people. But it does get very cold in some parts.
