I'm assuming you don't watch the Democratic presidential debates. They all raised their hands for free health care for illegals, and you know this isn't just tje emergency room thing (which I advocate by the way )

 

If it is a tax cut sure, if you want a tax credit hell no. Only someone paying in should get the money.
