    And the OMB says that GAO overreached with this BS. This group said Obama/biden and bush broke the law too, crazy thing is they have no law enforcement power and can say everything. Nobody cares lol.

    Correct. Republican senators are rabid partisan hacks hell bent on protecting a corrupt President purely based on hate for Democrats and their own re-elections. Republican senators are the definition of the swamp.

    You realize nobody really likes Biden and we would toss him to the curb in a heartbeat if Warren or Bernie started polling as well against Trump as Biden does. He only polls well because, for some reason, he doesn't terrify you guys.

    Going by the polls, plenty of Democrats like him just fine. Progressives are not a majority even within the Democratic party, probably because most progressives are young people who think they know everything and are itching, as most young people are, to change the world, while the older folks tend to be conservative.

    Trump is smarter than Bill Clinton and isn't going to fall for the democrats sham trial and nonsense.     Typical of you to change the subject from Clinton being found to have committed felony of perjury, to the fact that he like Trump gave sworn testimony. We know your games and the fact is Clinton was found to have committed felonies and plead them down before he left office and had his bar license pulled.

    The maximum penalty for conviction on impeachment is removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States. Since former President Obama is no longer in office, he would be ineligible for impeachment.
    But, then you already knew that didn't you?

    OBM SAYS WATCHDOG OVER STEPPED BOUNDS. Same when it said Obama and Bush violated the law, NOBODY cares they have no law enforcement authority. It means as much as you saying it, which means nothing.
