So you think the planet woke up one day and said, "I have finally reached the perfect climate so I will stop changing it now", and now it's all humans doing it?

You folks are just way, way out there.

Wow! The whole basis for climate change has just passed you by?

Burning over a billion of barrels of oil per day + other fossil fuels = lots of by products spewed into the atmosphere yes?

As you've just proven, the earth contributes and quite significantly so your claim that it's only being caused by humans, as you've shown, was a lie.

The planet does not just warm or cool. Something forces it to warm or cool.
The something now is greenhouse gasses.

Your parents helped you to prepare for automation in order to increase your chances of finding gainful employment in the automated future where 'dog-eating-dog' employment is scarce and getting worse. Nice, but (as you seem to have sidestepped my question I'll ask it again) ... "what about the unemployment and destitution rate?" Irrelevant, is it?

You are of the notion that building an abode is entirely dependant upon "automation". Ha! Now there is an excellent example of an automation-oriented citizen without a clue on how to function or survive without a machine.

LOL—I love my job. It takes me where I want to go...and I have already done those things, and looking to do more. Next up, a South Pacific Cruise, and after that, a trip to Branson’s Space Hotel in 2025. And after that, a second honeymoon on the moon. As I said, the future’s so bright, I can ride its rays into tomorrow.

Yes. It's par for the two-extreme minds. Nothing in-between. It's all Right or Left. Dem or Rep. The Best or the Worst. Maybe that's the justification of thoughtless polluters and serial killers: "Someone's going to do it anyway ... it's just as good if it's me who does it."

Hmmm. No religion, no boundaries, no property rights, mankind as one commune, that’s communism, the individual-less society, just one writhing mass of indistinguishable chained souls.

Lennon speaking as “Lenin”: “Lennon himself described “Imagine” as “virtually the Communist Manifesto, even though I am not particularly a communist and I do not belong to any movement…. But because it is sugarcoated, it is accepted.” —https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.ro...ic-news/imagine-the-anthem-of-2001-83559/amp/

just reality, oil is a finite resource, if we keep using it at the current rate, someday we will use it all up

if the truth sounds like doom and gloom to you... it is what it is, hopefully we have alternative energy by then and wont be a issue

Tell it to the Lenin’s and Stalin’s 20 million Kulaks, and Mao’s 60 million murdered peasants, and Pol Pots 3 million butchered bodies on Cambodia’s killing fields, and on, and on, and on.

So are stars, but they’ll go out long before oil disappears.

Oh, man is powerful enough to stop eons of geological forces, the coming Ice Age, but can’t stop volcanoes from erupting. “That does not compute, Will Robinson.”

And yet, life goes on: picnics, dances, cruises, inventions, knowledge, loving, laughter, kissing, skyscrapers, space colonization, medical cures, new born babies, and on and on, and on. Ice Ages deplete human population and prosperity, global warming has increased it—it’s been a godsend.
