Correlation between climate change, ground water theft and bush fires

Now here is someone who is an economist and has studied climate science

He pointed out we are shipping ore offshore to be smelted

We could use renewables and smelt it here

Keep the jobs here would be one of the biggest pluses

Never has been in Australia. Bush fires are normal there. 1898 and 38/39 were very bad years for fires and killed hundreds. The natives burned the bush often to control it. If you clear your land now you get fined.

 

The French were doing it before it was cool, and they managed to keep the second lowest power prices in Europe.

That it's a reality still isn't a viable electoral strategy. Clearly Bob Brown style guilt trips aren't working, so what's the alternative?

My guess... more guilt tripping. All the way to a Coalition majority government in 2022.
