Hell, apparently personal responsibility, making good decisions, and paying for your own crap isn't for everyone either. But that doesn't mean I should be on the hook for said person's shelter, food, education, and health care.

I do, I just live in a country where insurance companies don't make it twice as expensive with their excessive profits.
Wouldn't you want the same service for half the cost?

No. It wouldn't be half the cost to me. See, I am one of the producers that does the paying. Every time I blink, the progressives want me to pay for more of their stuff. It gets old real fast.

I actually prefer the competition entailed within freedom, liberty, the free market, and capitalism as opposed to socialism and its derivatives.

I support banning most very dangerous items -- guns, drugs, maybe tobacco and vaping.

Guns cost 572,000 lives in USA 1999-2016. They are not banned. Tobacco costs even more lives. Still not banned.

No. Facilitating suicide and death of people who are troubled is not good.

Pushing already troubled people further down is inhumane.

I've been a smoker in my life and the vape have really help me in this misadventure. Now, I don't smoke at all and I think that without the vape I could have smoke cigarette for a longer time.

I think we should keep the vape to help the cigarette smoker that want to quit. Help them to make them stop smoking the cigarette first than the vape; like I did.

Also I want to point that I'm far from doctor but I believe, as a smoker, that the vape is not very toxic.

Thank you for sharing. If vaping can be used to prevent much greater damage, it should be legal. Or it can be only by prescription.

Not in the long, evolutionary run. Best to let them do whatever they want if they are just killing themselves and not others.

Or anything helpful. Isn't there anything nice they could put directly into the lungs? (Besides nice fresh air, of course, which they get little enough of nowadays)

Why in bloody FRACK do you want to deliver NICOTINE of all things? It has, AFAICT NO benefits and no real effect at all short of chronic sleeplessness, all while being the most addictive drug known, Great stuff.

The only course of action that will properly address the epidemic is if government does nothing, and simply allows the epidemic to continue. Once enough individuals have been made ill, injured, and outright killed through the use of such substances, the epidemic will be forcefully ended by the public itself, as there will be no more public demand for such substances and products.

    Nicotine is a stimulant.

And right now you're also making an argument against all the world's caffeinated beverages.
