Section 1- The federal and state government shall be required to take the appropriate amount of taxes from each person's accounts or checks and no person shall be required to file taxes when the governments of the United States and the Several States already know the specific amount owed in taxes.

Section 2- The Federal and State government will have one year to implement automatic taxation after the ratification of this amendment.

Every other country that has access to the internet does automatic taxation. It also prevents tax cheating.

I would much rather do away with employers withholding taxes. Every citizen should know and understand just how much tax they pay.

It certainly would make it easy for the government to confiscate as much money as it wants to spend. In other words all the money. This idea is the poster boy for a lame brain.
