She already testified under oath. The FOIA request does not even obligate her to do anything because the FOIA request went to the State Department.

The Defense will most certainly call the whistleblower, and we will find out who he/she is, that will also force the release of this transcript as most certainly germane to the investigation. No matter how Schiff tries to hide, he will be held accountable for meeting the whistleblower and we will find out what was in those meetings.

The above citation pertains to the charge of contempt of congress, which has absolutely no relation to obstruction of congress.

Once again, precisely what is obstruction of congress?

Didn't protect Donald Trump JR from having to testify twice due to Michael Cohen.

    YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!

a SHADY congressional hearing gets answered with SHADY senate trial rules.
Can't have your cake and eat it too! The world does not revolve around YOU, capisce?

I am telling you that they are the exact same.

Indeed, when you click the wikipedia link for Obstruction of Congress - that is the article to which you are directed.

McConnell is NOT about to let Devil-face Schumer call the shots for the Senate
Trial.Keeping in mind what a disgusting Liar Schumer is.Lie after Lie after
Lie.Schumer Voted to " Dismiss " in the Clinton Impeachment.
Schumer also voted to " Deny " witnesses in Clinton Impeachment.
Jerry Nadler was even more open and vocal about Protecting Clinton.
These Democrats are just Lyin' scum.Because this Lyin' Press won't
criticize them.Which also explains why Schumer demanded that whatever
Press covers this Senate Trial Must be seated before any gavel drops.
They cannot be denied a minute of the Trial.
Because the Press is in Collusion with Schumer and his Democrats.
LIke the Press was with The House democrats and any Mueller Special
    Counsel spokesperson.

Why should non-fairness be reciprocated with fairness? The moment they 'invited' Trump when he was on an economic summit trip for example, is proof that they didn't care about any information Trump may have had, or his own ability to testify.

It was a joke, it's being treated like a joke by Senate Leader McConnell. If they didn't want to be laughed at, they should've treated the process seriously.

He met him period, it's a gross conflict of interest. A prosecutor shouldn't have an intimate connection with a witness.

You have 5 more years of Trump. None of your "bombshells" will change that.

Neither of these are crimes. The Constitution is specific about this.

I really don't have to argue beyond this threshold. It is as plain as day.

Schiff is also a witness... So significant witness tampering occurred.

All four Constitutional Law Professors told the House Judiciary that Trump's alleged conduct is impeachable.

She lied the first time about the list. A verbal list is just as valid.

Yovanovitch was a firewall and even Parnas knows what she did. Softball questions by Maddow won't suffice on the Senate floor.

Alleged conduct is just that, alleged conduct. Just like Mueller can indict Russians who will never step into the US again, and then be called out by a judge when one of the accused responds in court because of no, "probable cause."

There is no evidence that Trump did anything illegal as he is bound by the treaty with Ukraine. The Crowdstrike server was what he was after and now it is sitting at Fort Gordon.

The bottom line is that the House presented nothing that can Constitutionally remove Trump from office. Roberts could theoretically throw it out for a lack of, "standing."

She already testified under oath. If you think she committed perjury, then prove it.

That is exactly what Judicial Watch is pursuing. There is already proof that Yovanovitch knew about the Koch-Glitsch deal which provided the kickback money to the Biden effort.

Don't you always claim that you care about obstruction of justice ???

    LoL are you serious?

During questioning, former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch admitted the Obama White House spent time briefing her on how to respond to congress if questions about Hunter Biden and Burisma were raised. Obviously, that demonstrates concern in the Obama administration.

Yet in her opening statement, she wrote:

“I have never met Hunter Biden, nor have I had any direct or indirect conversations with him. And although I have met former Vice President Biden several times over the course of our many years in government, neither he nor the previous Administration ever raised the issue of either Burisma or Hunter Biden with me.”

    Now what legal?

Then why is the charge against Donald Trump one of obstruction of congress instead of contempt of congress, if the two are the exact same thing?

so you think asking prosecutors witnesses is the same as calling defense witnesses? Are you sure you’re a lawyer?
