    "House Democrats launched into lengthy arguments that broke little ground, if any, in President Trump's impeachment trial Wednesday -- as the head impeachment manager, California Rep. Adam Schiff, suggested that Russians could attack the U.S. and insisted that removing Trump from office was necessary because the integrity of the 2020 election could not be "assured."

    It's been pointed out here many times. Desperation is driving this entire circus, and each claim escalates because the last one didn't work. Each one farther becomes more ludicrous, because nothing logical or defined by common sense can work.

    The average American would never go on TV and say the same things some of the low-intelligence politicians say. Some people get their fame and fortune by having a loud voice and speaking as though they are an expert on all matters. Other people get their fame and fortune by their actions and accomplishments. If you watch the impeachment hearings you will see a perfect example in Schiff of someone who can look intelligent and speak for a long time without saying much. Schiff has always made his living with his mouth, not his brain.

    I guess you missed the part where Trump’s “defense” except for the obvious lies, comes straight from Russia propaganda. From Putin’s brain to Trump’s lips.

    And it it didn't pose a risk to our nation, it would be like a sit-com, perhaps the "Three Stooges go to Washington" of something.
    Of course the "Three Stooges" were actually pretty smart guys, acting dumb for entertainment. Schiff isn't acting.

    I actually listened to some of Schiff's diatribe on the car radio yesterday. I think he performed well and I, personally, would hire him as a lawyer. Unfortunately he argued a hopeless cause. President's shouldn't be removed from office for an attempted effort to gain a political advantage. It is what politicians do, Schiff included.

    If you had been paying attention to what the witnesses were saying, instead of passively soaking up right wing rhetoric, you’d know.

    It is all on YouTube. All the witness testimony is on YouTube. You can skip through all the political speeches and just listen to what the witnesses are saying.
