1) This Utterly Absurd (Frivolous) Lawsuit has ZERO Chance succeeding and will most likely get tossed.

2) Tulsi is finished in the Dem. Party and probably couldn't get elected Dogcatcher.

3) Tulsi must really be getting psyched-up for her future gig as a Faux News "contributor".

Case has no legs and Gabbard knows it. However it does hit back nicely at Clinton because it gives Fox News and RW blogs and radio lots of material to keep the zaniness of "muhrussia" tied to more Democrats than just the klown kar impeachment crew that everyone has already tuned out.

Muhrussia is a very bad look for Democrats going into this election year, and they would do well to placate Gabbard in some way and make this go away. Then they need to do away with the "muhrussia" narrative entirely once the impeachment trial is done. But that assumes they aren't complete imbeciles, so stay tuned.
