    I'll say it again. If the left wanted his testimony they should have enforced the subpoena and waited for the courts to rule on executive privilege. Its not the Senate's responsibility to do their work for them.

    Since you are Canadian perhaps you don't understand how impeachment works between the house and senate.

    Rudy's "proof" is a deposition given by Viktor Shokin to a Vienna Court in support of a friend of his, Dmitry Firtash. Firtash, a Ukrainian oligarch, is under house arrest, in Vienna, awaiting extradition to the U.S. on fraud and bribery charges related to the Corrupt Foreign Practices Act, and involves illegal activities by a company in India and their titanium materials bis to Boeing. Shokin is the former Chief Prosecutor of Ukrainian that Biden, the IMF, and the EU wanted fired for failure to prosecute corruption. Part of the deposition involves Shokin's claim that he was fired unfairly due to Biden's son being a member of the Burisma board.
    Trump broke the Impoundment Control Act by failing to notify Congress of his intent to withhold funds, prior to the actual withholding of the funds.

    Clinton lied over a personal affair with an intern. This is an attempt to expand Presidential powers, which would deprive Congress of one of its principal powers, the right to apportion government funds, as well as pressure Ukraine into an investigation of a political rival and the disproving of the Mueller Report conclusion (and indictments) of Russian hackers into the DNC servers.

    Is the GOP going to run on a pro-Putin platform this year? Maybe they can get some of those sanctions lifted, if you can prove "the Ukrainians did it," in the hacking of the DNC computers?

    This would seem to collaborate Fiona Hill's descriptions of Bolton calling it a "drug deal"(though I don't know how he found that correlation. But that's irrelevant.). This has made Bolton an extraordinarily relevant witness. One that does need to be cross examined.

    I'm willing to take the time to get to the truth. Call Bolton, call the Bidens or whoever. Trials are meant to be a messy, dragged out affair.
