    Wrong!

Double jeopardy applies only to the SAME CRIME!

Your criminal IMPOTUS has committed multiple other crimes for which he can be tried!

Impeachment is about HIGH Crimes which is a POLITICAL PROCESS, not a LEGAL one!

Your criminal IMPOTUS might WIN the dubious honor of being the only occupant of the Oval office impeached more than once!

That means he would have TWO asterisks next to his name FOREVER!

    Read the Articles of impeachment.

As for bipartisan support - so far there isn’t any, as you know. As Trump said, he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and he wouldn’t lose any support. That support from his base has translated to the Senate. He can do things that would have seen any other president removed and the Rs in the senate won’t desert him, because that would put their re-election chances at risk. They are literally putting their political careers ahead of their oaths of office.

The impeachment isn't hurting him. Mueller, the hoax investigation didn't hurt him. The Durham report is still due out.

From a WaPo poll highlighted in the Washington Times:

"Now, 49% say he should stay and 47% say the Senate should convict and remove him. A month ago, before the Senate impeachment trial began, it was 49% who wanted to see him gone, and 46% who thought he should stay."

"More striking in the poll — which has not generally been favorably to Mr. Trump — was his approval rating of 44%. The Post said that’s the best showing of his presidency.
Among registered voters he was even stronger, at 47% approval and 50% disapproval."

"Overall it’s been a curiously good year for Mr. Trump in polling. He entered last February struggling, but began to rise after a well-received State of the Union address, and has defied pollsters’ predictions by maintaining the bump."

Just a sample of what you folks have said in the last three years.
Trump is a liberal just trying to fool the conservatives.
    Trump won't win the primaries.
Trump will quit before the primaries are over.
Trump will destroy the Republican party.
After he won the primaries Trump will quit the election.
He won't win the election. Clinton by a "landslide".
Trump will never break Clinton's blue wall.
He will resign in the first 100 days.
He will be impeached in the first 100 days.
The economy will tank as soon as he takes office.
Trump will not move the US embassy to Jerusalem.
Trump won't be able to renegotiate NAFTA.
Unemployment will never get below 5% with Trump.

None of the above addresses the statement that you made about the Dem Party.

What "damage" have they done to the DP's image?

What IMPACT will that "damage" have on the outcome of the 2020 election?

    Proof?

That is EASY - he sent his personal lawyer not the state department, not the CIA not any one of a hundred different official channels which would have made it a legal and acceptable move

There won't be enough Democrats left in the House or the Senate to do it again.

6 Democrat Senators are from States Trump won in 2016, Trump will concentrate his campaigning in those states. There are also 31 Democrats in Districts Trump won in 2016, they'll be lucky if they only lose 2/3rds of them.

Uncle Bill committed 2 felonies and still survived the impeachment removal. What Felonies had Trump committed? Please give us the statutes.

Your criminal IMPOTUS will have lost a couple of million voters in 2020 who supported him in 2016 owing to the demographics of non-college whites.

How is he going to replace those lost votes?

LOL! Trump has picked up many moderate dems and after the DNC screws Bernie over, again, I can see many Bernie Bros going for Trump out of spite.

But here the delay was for other reasons and those reasons were illegal. Trump himself said so, several times.

If the senate denies witnesses and documentation it's Trump's fault! :roflol:
House should have done it when they were in charge, but now they can cry that Mitch won't give them their way. If the GOP had balls, they would subpoena Schiff, Ciaramella, Biden, and leave the Dems out of process the way they did to the GOP.

Yeah, Trump has lots of reasons to trust his own beauracrats. Especially those left over from the Ostupid administration.

What you either ignored or didn't notice is that both of those polls showed Trump's numbers have INCREASED. People are getting tired of the constant drone of "orange man bad" and "this is the straw where he winds up in cuffs" that has been created by the left.

REALITY indicates that the "good economy" is ONLY benefiting the wealthy. Sixty six percent of hardworking Americans can no longer afford to buy a home and 25% are being paid BELOW the Federal Poverty Rate!

The scandals around unlawful behavior is nothing new for republicans who lead in administration convictions over a 100 to 1.
It won’t stop them from doing what they do best, trying to win elections by any means with a minority party.

So you are UNABLE to substantiate your utterly BOGUS allegation!

    Got it!

A minor change WITHIN the MOE is meaningless!

Clinton had approval ratings in the 60% range when he was impeached and yet Gore still lost.

Your criminal IMPOTUS can't even reach the break even level of 50%.

With no citations I call BS. I'm not wealthy, yet during the crappy Obama years I got yearly raises of $0.25 to $0.35 cent range. Since Trump took office my yearly raises have never been less than $1.00 an hour. It's not just me. 54.7 percent approve of Trump's handling of the economy. The economy is one of those rare issues that affect us all in our wallets. Anyone with a 401(k) will be cheering......and voting Trump back in for another 4 years.
