Biden is (virtually) a LOCK (at this point).

It is almost impossible to imagine a scenario where he fails to get the Nom.

The Delegate Math (Especially In SC, On Super Tuesday, and the Rest of the March States) is overwhelmingly in his favor.

By April 1st (barring anything cataclysmic), Biden should have a (virtually) insurmountable delegate lead.

    ^So, there's that. :salute:

You are correct. We should do that. But in doing that, he must inform congress, which he did not do.

And he did not do that because even he knew that what he was doing was not only wrong, it was illegal. To claim he wanted these investigations based on truth, honest, and integrity is laughable. IF he wanted any of that he would have done it the proper way, thru proper process' and channels.

If he really wanted that he would have gone thru the state department and you know it. He sent his private consigliere to keep it quiet. Hell, Stevie Wonder can see that.

When did extortion become legal ?
How is it different when Obama told the Russians he would have more flexibility after the 2012 election? That was him altering US policy in a way detrimental to the US for his own personal political gain.
NOBODY is saying Trump doesn't have the power to manage foreign policy ? But I would ask you to explain WHY he hid everything from congress, why he didn't use the state department, why he sent his PERSONAL lawyer? Why did he lie about everything, and why did the republicans support those lies.

Fact: Shokin was told to back off in July 2015 and the case goes inactive in "Late 2015", gee I wonder why. I can't connect the dots for you.

Then why did Biden and numerous others demand his removal? After all, according to your alternate reality scenario, Shokin was doing exactly what you claim Biden wanted...nothing,

You can't connect any dots because they're imaginary dots. Get your eyes checked.

    Really?

Not bad for someone who DIDN'T Even Join PF Until almost 2 years after the 2016 Election.

BUT, you actually bookmarked all of those ANCIENT Threads?:bored:

    Cool.

    When did "Iowa endorse Liz"?

    I must've missed that memo.

Oh well, back to the Actual OP Topic and Bondi...

...Bondi is a DISGRACE...And, her mention of Biden is beyond absurd...

Yup - Dershowitz brought the curtain down on this farce.

Not only did he destroy the Dem impeachment sham but it made for an interesting dissertation on the Constitution and what it is based on.

Looks like all of her facts got under your skin. Poor Hunter, maybe he can snort a few more lines and head over the strip club to knock up a few more dancers.

His discussing the "misdemeanor" part especially. While I never held to the Ford standard that is was ANYTHING Congress deemed it to be but that misbehavior of a serious matter might qualify forninstance if he moved out of the country and refused to take phone calls. But as Dershowitz instructed it does have to be based in an illegal behavior that at the time crime and misdemeanor were synonymous. The 24th takes care of replacing for misbehavior of a noncriminal matter.

So your saying it was a presidential election......

Pretty much every government agency who reviewed this, including Mueller says differently.

And not an impeachable offense and OMB disagrees. It's a moot point.

Sorry you are not a mind reader and it was not illegal.

Are you denying that even during the Obama administration the State Department was warning about Burisma and Hunter Biden's involvement?

How is it different when Obama told the Russians he would have more flexibility after the 2012 election? That was him altering US policy in a way detrimental to the US for his own personal political gain.
Shokin was as corrupt as they come. So ask yourself why did Biden want this prosecutor ousted ? Oh yeah, he had already cleared Burisma, and Biden wanted him out ?

You should probably read some more fats on Shokin before you keep going down this road

Do you believe everything the government tells you? Somehow I don't think you do. Mueller didn't provide evidence anyways.

WHAT ? It is absolutly impeachable. He released the money ONLY after finding out that it was going to be made public that he was holding the funds. You also may want to read up on the emails that were found that the OMB WAS telling him that what he was doing in holding the money WAS illegal.

WTF. Holding the money was illegal. NOBODY debates that.

But you can easily explain why he released the money the day after he found out that it would be made public that he was holding the money, and that the Ukrain did not give him what he wanted, yet he still released the money...hmmmm, curious that is.....

No, who said that ? Did you know that the State Department DID investigate the Bidens role with Bursima during the Obama administration ?

NOBODY is saying that Trump didn’t have the right to manage foreign policy.

What did Obama gain ? Be specific.....

NOBODY is saying Trump doesn't have the power to manage foreign policy ? But I would ask you to explain WHY he hid everything from congress, why he didn't use the state department, why he sent his PERSONAL lawyer? I don't know if this has been posted, because I have not been through this whole thread, but yeah... she crushed the Biden's and the Democrats desire to hide their corruption.

Yes, Dershowitz also crushed the Democratic House of Representatives as he exposed both "Obstruction of Congress" and "Abuse of Power" are both not a laws and even worse are SUBJECTIVE claims which no impeachment should ever be based on.
