Nobody forced trump to abuse his power by soliciting a foreign government to announce an investigation into his domestic political rival, by withholding congressionally appropriated funds. He did that on his own, and got caught. Nobody forced trump to obstruct congress by ignoring lawful subpoenas. He did that on his own and got caught. He was impeached for doing both, and forever remains impeached.
