This is what happens when Trump says the quiet part out loud. Someone has to push back to make it seem like everything is still functioning as normal. Unfortunately, Bill Barr choose to do so by criticizing Donald Trump.

Welp...it was fun while it lasted Bill Barr.

If trump has done nothing else, he has made it apparent that they are not doing their “work with integrity”

Barr will figure it out or be replaced by someone who can. He serves at the pleasure of the president...

Why oh why can’t he just shut the **** up for the rest of his presidency unless it’s an official announcement?

Incoming narcissistic injury! What is Barr's punishment going to be from this? He's been a pretty good lapdog so far. I predict a private scolding, with maybe a rude tweet or two.

Trump runs his mouth and isnt gonna change. He fired Sessions that was a principled and honorable man even if I thought he is wrong on cannabis.

America can easily survive trump. If enough like him he will serve another term .

The dems need to take a toke and chill

Barr said Trump’s middle-of-the-night tweet put him in a bad position. He insists he had already discussed with staff that the sentencing recommendation was too long.

“Do you go forward with what you think is the right decision or do you pull back because of the tweet? And that just sort of illustrates how disruptive these tweets can be,” he said

You 2 might as well move to throwing him under the bus. I’m not going to explain common sense to you.
He’s asked about trumps tweet. Wtf else do you think he meant?

I see, so it's Trump's fault the prosecutors wanted to give Stone 9 years in jail.

Most politicians do. It’s why they get into politics. The sad part is Trump has adult ADD since he can’t control himself.

When's the last time a President's own AG publicly scolded the prez?

    Never?

GOP, you need an intervention. How many people have to tell you this is completely nuts?

Eh. He's gotta do something to appear unbiased. This is the easiest criticism that Trump likely hears versions of all the time.

Trump's reaction will be telling one way or the other.

    Yup.

I am sure that there are any number of spineless lackeys who would jump at the chance to (serve as AG) and lick Trump's Boots.

How about Judge Jeanine for AG?

Then every cabinet in history is spineless lackeys, it's their sole purpose to enact the president's will, as per the constitution...

If he didn't tweet, he never would have been elected. It wouldn't allow him to continue his endless barrage of lies and brainwashing. It keeps him warping the minds of his minions constantly.

What would have happened if Hitler had Twitter? Now we know.

Perhaps the Supreme Court of Peru will provide you with the answer.
