How the DoD is spending on National Defense.. Defending our borders goes into National Defense..

 

The Pentagon told Congress that the funding is either in excess of the military’s needs or is not yet needed given the timeline of the programs in question.

 

Since the military must not need that money, are we going to cut their budget when the wall is finished?

 

Environmental concerns and the budget have both been labeled as issues of national defense (one by the pentagon and one by the fed). Like I said, thanks for the precedent.
