Congress - and that is Rs and Ds - voted to allocate money to the military. Trump is taking from the military and using it to fund something that Congress expressly decided not to fund. That’s stealing.

It's a reallocation of military funds for protection purposes on our southern borders.. Try a little harder, or better yet start a new impeachment process and have the lawyers explain how you haven't a clue of what you speak

You’re in favor of reducing the military budget, and you are also supporting the right of a future president to declare a national health care emergency and steal pentagon funds for that.

I know what he’s doing. Reducing the Congress-approved military budget and using that money for something else. And you support his action. Two things flow from this:
1 you are in favor of reducing the military budget and
2 you support the right of a president to take money away from the military and use it for other things.

Expenditure vary month to mouth, so for all you know there is a surplus this month or last month and these funds are be reallocated to the southern boarder.. Their notion of essentially putting private property rights in suspended animation shouldn’t fly but you never know with the placement of so many Trump judges.
