DISCOVERED: Roger Stone Lead Juror, Tomeka Hart, Posted a Second Article Bashing Roger Stone in January 2019 — Lied to the Court

Yep, the liberal judge who refused to allow Stone's defense attorneys to do much by way of meaningful voir dire and essentially forced them to accept the woman who became the jury foreman has turned out to be a rabidly over-the-top Trump and Stone hater from the get-go and may cause the case to be thrown out and Stone tried again.

It's a tainted jury. The conviction must be thrown out and a new trial set in a more neutral venue.

 

Wow...just saw this....I just made a comment on another thread about this disaster. I don't blame the trial judge for wanting to get this mess out of her Court. The DC Circuit is likely to overturn. It seems like all these cases coming out of the Mueller team end up a disaster.

 

Yep, they either have rigged jury pools -- condoned by leftist activist judges -- or the crime committed was a process crime -- usually a perjury trap -- or the crime committed was something done a decade or so BEFORE the Trump campaign even happened, and would otherwise never even have come to trial. How can the political Left think that anyone -- NOT a programmed Party loyalist -- would remain unaware of these 'problems'?

 

This is hilarious, so the jury foreman was posting stuff like this..... That's definitely fine though because it's Trump right???
