Actually Criminal Behaviorists have researched people like the individual making the threats in the video and have determined that a lot of times they were displaying signs well before they committed Mass Murder. I believe this guy needs to be monitored closely and needs to be in an institution, because he obviously has thoughts of either killing or committing extreme acts of Violence against people who disagree with him. I believe the current use of the word RACIST has morphed from it's original meaning where a person had a predisposition towards a person base solely on their Skin color that was different then their own.
