There is a difference between re-employing people who previously lost their jobs, and creating new jobs, and filling those jobs with additional people.

Obama may have been handed a shitstorm, but he cannot lay claim to creating and employing people above and beyond. This is not Obama's economy.

I know it sucks for you butters, that reality and facts tend to clash with your ideology. It forces you to detach yourself from reality. But that won't make it go away. I will keep right on providing you with the empirical data showing you to be wrong.

Oh it is not Obama's economy, but he did set the economy on the right path and Trump was handed an economy that was going in the right direction - roughly at the same pace as the pace continued by Trump.

But effectively this argument about Trump creating fewer jobs in his first three years than Obama's last three years can be boiled down to saying, "Trump's ability to create new jobs was limited by Obama doing such a good job at the end of his term."

    And it's not wrong.

Someone needs to remind Obama that he "didn't build that"

I think I will continue to point out that Trump promised to erase the debt in 8 years and that his latest budget proposal, three years into the Presidency, now suggests that the debt won't even begin to slim down until the 2030s.

Obama's last three with a Republican Congress? We are at full employment, we have a GLUT of unfilled good jobs. LFPR climbong. Wages increasing. The best employmnet situation in decades.

Fewer jobs in the first three years that Obama's last three, no difference in the trend line to unemployment, a reversal on the trend line to deficit and the trade deficit despite a growing economy.

When the Democrats took back the Congress in 2007 the unemployment rate was 4.5% He said his stimulus would hold it to 8% yet it soared to 10% and stayed over 8% for 3 years. It was a total failure.

If you don't support his proposed budget cuts you have no complaint.

Oh I support cutting the deficit by raising revenue and I even support cutting spending. Starting with the single largest socialist program that can be found in the discretionary budget.

That's an idiotic take. Why must I choose between supporting the plan from a ****ing moron who does not read or remaining silent?

I don't know why you need reminded of this so many times, but his budget proposal INCREASES spending, not reduces it.
