This particular argument you are making has been refuted so many times in so many threads that all that is required now is a simple reminder of that fact. But here are the facts. Obama added far more jobs than trump. Look how badly trump sucks even though he was handed an economy in great shape.

Obama was handed an economy in free fall because of Republican principles.

 

where did you get lost? It's an objective fact of reality the economy has been on the same unchanging trend line since 2010. This is a proven fact. Nothing trump has done has changed any economic metric trend line.

Obama feels he deserves credit for the nation's recovery from the Bush recession, initiating and presiding over seven of the past ten years of economic growth, and Trump can certainly claim credit for building on that success he inherited for the past three years.

He can also lie and deny the first seven years of growth, and be assured that some asshats will actually swallow that.

To whatever unknowable extent a president actually impacts the economy, hyper-partisans will acclaim one and attack the other.
