I’ll make you a deal. When Leonardo DiCaprio parks his jet and yacht and tells the world about global warming via FaceTime from the drivers seat of his Prius parked outside his off grid yurt, I’ll sit up and pay attention. But so long as the people trying to cram global warming down my throat Have, themselves, a carbon footprint 1000 times larger than the average joe, I’m not going to worry about it.

 

A wall is the best way to solve the problem, that way everyone could be registered and given a temporary work permit. The money they make could be sent back to their families and it would better the economies of their home country as well.

This is what Germany did after the war, and I'm sure it's what Russia does. I read that they were processing 5 thousand work permits a day in Moscow.

Alternate medicines and its underlying philosophy of contempt or suspicion
of Western medicine leads to the deaths of thousands of people annually.
In the last year alone measles has killed over 10,000 children (mostly
Nigerian) because of anti-vacc views. Millions more die by abstaining from
vaccines, medications, health testing, fake diets and the like.
It's all a part of that sad, tired and mentally vacuous resentment of the
Western tradition.

 

Okay... I understand... every immigrant going to America comes from a nation
that America has destroyed. Why do they chose America if that's the case?
I mean - America destroyed Ethiopia (must have 'cos of all the Ethiopian
immigrants) so why do Ethiopians go to America and not, say, Canada or
Mexico or Europe? And once in America, why don't Ethiopians leave?

I was thinking of Europe, not the US. And especially migrants from Africa. We should have a wall though, and the migrants who come here should be registered and given temporary work permits.

 

I don't know if it's resentment of Western tradition, or a distrust of the US in some parts of the world.

As for alternative medicine, things have to be balanced out. There are healthy ways of eating, and there are supplements people can take rather than drugging themselves up. Of course if a drug is necessary, then it's a different story.

 

Temporary work permits are a problem - wot happens when it's time to go home?
Legal appeals, court cases, EU motions, Human Rights appeals etc..
Fact is - Europe will one day BE AFRICAN. It happened with Rome and it will
happen again - the mass migration of peoples.

I agree with your statement. As a christian country, it's more complicate. I have rarely met white people being christian, however a large part of the immigration are subsaharian christian, either catholic or evangelic.
Today, I think it's not an exageration to says that christianity is in France an african religion.
Most of my catholic relatives have been buried by african priests, which is great because without them, there wouldn't have been a catholic ceremony.

The thing is, that people are getting older and older. If you don't raise the age of retirement, than the people need to save a lot more for when they retire, or need to cut a lot of expenses when they retire. The entire idea that "the government" will solve it, getting money from thin air seems the idea of the French people at the moment. How very naive.

Just because they weren't Christians, doesn't make them barbarians. The Huns were simply superior with their mounted archery. They made the Romans pay tribute a bunch of times, between wars where Rome lost time and time again. They simply drove the Romans back from all the way from the Balkans to the center of Rome. And not just the Romans. Them Huns took care of the Goths and Vandals too. And them lot rather invaded Rome than trying to hold their ground against the Huns. There was no integration. If it does, we're all in trouble, for very few of us know how to survive on our own. We are all completely interdependent on each other to provide the necessities we all take for granted in our daily lives. Such an outcome would indeed, be a global tragedy.

European Italians are not replacing their population, the Muslim
Italians are having kids just fine. Muslims quietly, amongst them
selves, will speak of timelines for when each European nation
will become Islamic. Many will fall to Islam this century.
North Africa became a big deal to Rome in the 5th Century. It
was part of the south, north and west, invasion.
