President Trump’s approval rating among small business owners hits all-time high of 64%

    The spike in approval among small business owners follows a pivotal period for Trump. This CNBC|SurveyMonkey Small Business Survey for the first quarter 2020 — which includes responses from more than 2,100 small business owners — was conducted the same week (Feb. 3–Feb. 10) as Trump’s third State of the Union address, his impeachment acquittal and the Iowa caucuses. The percentage of small business owners who say they “strongly approve” of how Trump is handling his job reached 47%, also a new high; it had never been above 40% in previous surveys.


    “This is a high watermark for President Trump’s job approval, both among small business owners in our survey and among the general public,” said SurveyMonkey senior research scientist Laura Wronski.

    Small business owners employ most Americans-and successful business is critical for our strong economy.

    I'm thinking many small business owners disapprove of the socialism and policies of poverty we see from the democrat party.

    So What?

    This won't tip the scale in any appreciable way.

    Trump was ALREADY going to get their votes.

    I really don't see these polling numbers as any sort of "game-changer".

    Yeah but small business owners believe in personal responsibility and effort.

    His approval rating among the lazy and irresponsible is at an all time low.

    This may be a good time for small business owners to form a new organization to represent their own interests and to oppose the Big Bad Government/Big Bad Business/MSM Axis Powers.

    Going up from 56% to 64% in a year won't help your party, that is an 8% increase who won't be voting for Bolshevik Bernie.

    I give a high amount of validity to a survey of small business owners. They are the people living in the real world.

    They are the ones worried about taxes, making payroll, getting work done and providing for their families. If anyone has their fingers on the heartbeat of America it's them.

    If he's at an all time high now that means he wasn't there years ago. It shows Trump support is still growing. Not quite the doom and gloom your side keeps peddling...
