Do you really want to create a list of politically motivated murderers? Even James Hodgkinson wouldn't make that list as he did not kill anyone. Those on the right side of the spectrum significantly outnumber those on the left side

 

I think that the worst examples are from those that are trying to excuse trump.

There was an upsurge in bot accounts in 2016. Surprisingly anti Trump. Each election they come and go. Easy to spot. They don’t engage directly in conversations. We have our obvious bored trolls and possibly a couple paid accounts since they copy and paste talking points far too often.

Despite that, most people aren't talking politics and going around angry all the time. That is some crap you can get worked up over, but generally speaking it's not affecting your life day to day. I don't know about foreign trolls though - I'd say probably minimal if they are there.

 

I think paid DNC posters far outnumber any foreign trolls.

Americans live under tremendous stress, they are overworked, they do not have guaranteed access to health care, they have millions of stupid rules. Why do you think they are not hateful and stupid?

It n groups to retain or increase credibility. Bots used to work but can’t msintain cover if queried. Rather than get caught they now use people that are trained and guided on a chat.

These type boards really see the most in conspiracy theories. A bunch show up to put out fires.

I’ve determined the best thing to do is something they can’t be for or against without losing their job or credibility.

It's the reality of politics, but in the actual world out there we are always governed with decency and respect mostly if we have a a character, family , and even friends who looks up with us to maintain what should be ideal. Here in the forum they can vent all their frustrations and resentments without sacrificing of who they really are.
