    Half of them get here illiterate in Spanish. We're obligated not only to teach them English, but introduce them to the concepts of reading, writing and arithmetic for the first time in their lives. It's not going well and educators are losing that battle at a huge cost to taxpayers. A dumbed-down population is far easier for an authoritarian government to control.

    And then there are the Koch-Glitsch Italia invoices to Burisma while the Ukraine government has no documentation regarding where the equipment was actually used in construction.

    Hiding money transfers disguised as loans is all being looked at by the US Attorney in Pittsburgh...

    The president has then proceeded to fire the DNI for doing his job & informing congress about the looming Russia threat. Trump actively wants countries to interfere in our elections on his behalf. There’s nothing that can prevent him from inviting these attacks either.

    Of course there wasn't collusion and a 2-year, multi-million dollar Mueller investigation confirmed that. Dems would have been happy with Clinton paying a British ex-spy to go collude with Russia....if they had found Trump colluding with Russia. But their collusion didn't work out for Hillary or the DNC. Dems don't have much to run on except to continue this old and tired conspiracy theory. They'd have been far better off fixing their own party, instead of smearing Trump and letting the Socialists invade their platforum.

    THIS is what Democrats are fearing: people leaving their party for the way they are behaving.

    Theres multiple election security bills sitting on Mitch McConnell’s desk as we speak. Action can be taken but the GOP is corrupt at its core & will do *anything* to stay in power. Even if it means eroding democracy.

    Actually, they did. See the "Truman Doctrine." See JFK's "Missile Gap." See LBJ's "Domino Theory." The U.S. response to the Russians during the Cold War was bipartisan.
