Congress can prohibit judicial review of most of the laws it passes. If it allows judicial review then it accepts the courts decision, whatever it is.

 

I have seen countless job openings that pay more than the minimum wage. The easiest way to get a pay raise is to get a higher paying job at another employer.

 

This isn't about raising wages wages were already rising, this is about getting business and people through a slowdown due to a health emergency. The left doesn't care about the middle class just people who are dependent on government. And money is being pushed into the economy under Trumps plan you should pay more attention.

I have heard government making laws that people can't go off the grid either, want to live totally off solar and rain water... too bad, still need to hook up to public utilities and pay them a monthly fee or they will take your property and kick you out and don't try to sleep in your car.....

some places are even trying to make it illegal to sleep in your own car now to prevent people from saving money, government wants to force you to pay rent

walmart lets rv's park there at night, but some cities making it illegal for walmart to allow that... they want retired rv'ers to rent a hotel room instead

The judge said that the EXECUTIVE BRANCH doesn't have the right to tell the states what to do with SNAP. 19 states sued over the administrations new “rules”. Keep in mind this isn't a law that was enacted by the legislative branch to set the new rules, it was the executive branch setting a new rule. Show me in the constitution where the executive branch creates, or changes laws ? (SNAP is part of a law)

She also said that the Trump administrations assertion that the courts have no right over the Executive Branch is not based in reality. You may not like the WAY she sad it, but she is 100% correct. But i am sure that someone will come in here in the next few posts claiming that the executive branch has unlimited powers and that its a left wing conspiracy. Hell I give it 2 posts before the term “activist judge” gets thrown in

Yep, I know that. Those that can't do something teach I guess. There is no reason any of his edicts should have been thrown out by SCOTUS accept that he sucked at Constitutional law. His students should have asked for their money back.
