UK was the beacon of light
Now it’s just a regular nation that produces nothing

What you said has nothing to do with what I said.
I said UK is better off than the rest of EU, see Italy, France, Spain, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland. All have more infected per million than UK.
Is UK doing enough ? This is another question and the answer is no !
UK should shut down, prepare lots of sanitariums to place the sick and perform tens of thousands of checks to identify the sick, take care of them and isolate them.
This is the only way to stop this at a reasonable death rate.
Otherwise the toll will be 10% death rate in 4 weeks time.

The Guardian is a Liberal POS rag. I would use it only as emergency toilet paper. :)

“There have been 105 flu-related deaths among children this season, a higher total at this point of the year than any season in the past decade.Two-thirds of these deaths were associated with influenza B viruses, the CDC noted.”

    https://www.usnews.com/news/health-...-thats-sickened-26-million-may-be-at-its-peak

Yet, we didn’t destroy the economy to save the children. Why? Because the severity of the destruction would far outweighed any healthbenefit gained. A principle that we have irrationally abandoned with this Chinese bug.

Stopping the healthy from living to save the dead from dying and the sick from ailing is insane.

There are some interesting ideas that the virus may like a particular temperature and humidity. This seems to fit in with the current spread of the virus.

The Guardian is no longer a genuine left wing paper. It is sad the way so many people just have slogans in their mind and never check anything. The Guardian was a paper highly respected for checking its facts. In this however it has nothing to do with it being the Gardian. I simply put it in as it is more respected than Sky my original. This is being spoken about all over the UK. Your belief that just passing slurs on a paper means the story is not real is just pathetic and shows your lack oh knowledge

The Guardian is a Liberal rag, nothing more. They were railing against Trump mid last year, already focusing on defeating him during the 2020 election. A UK newspaper, focused on US elections over a year away at that point....

I would not trust them for the weather..

They were rallying against Corbyn the most too. They have lost their position with me since they were bought and sold to our secret services but in their day on facts they were the best paper there was and outside their place of keeping the left down they are still pretty good. They are Centrists.
