What you get is a fraction of the wages you have earned over the last year. So, if you have not held a regular job for the past year you could get very little.

When wages minimally support a person and their dependants, it's unlikely that a fractional income will solve the problem.

    RO =4
    4^x is the function.
At the time of diagnosis 4 people are already infected. That's one cycle. X=1.
    45days/4 =11 more cycles
The value at that time is 4^12
    4^12= 16,777,216

Cutting the RO to 2 starting today
    40 days equals 10 cycles
There will be a factor of 2^10 or 128 new infections produced for each existing infection.
    128 x 16,777,216 = 2,147,483,648

I was trying to show what would happen if we knocked the spread in half today.
We should be focusing on treating sick people not killing business in a vain attempt to stop the spread. We're all getting exposed in short order

I listen more to Little Fauci than to Big Halsey and listen very little to politicians or reporters or anchors or talking heads -- because while they are all unqualified, Dr. Fauci, B.S. and M.D., is considered to be the foremost authority on infectious disease in the US, and has actual shining qualifications in public health, and in immunology, and is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases -- that answer isn't difficult at all: Listen to Dr. Fauci who is the most qualified person in the USA presently. Take Dr. Anthony Fauci's words over anybody and everybody else.

2? Try again....actually the CDC has a great read about it...https://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/history/2014-2016-outbreak/index.html

"Two and a half years after the first case was discovered, the outbreak ended with more than 28,600 cases and 11,325 deaths."

I really don't see the logic or relevance behind attacking Obama for an ebola outbreak that killed zero Americans, but killed 11,000 in Africa.

"Anyone who wants a test can get a test"

"A vaccine will be available soon"

"We are currently at fifteen cases [that was a lie in and of itself, btw] and we will very soon be going down to zero."

"This thing came out of China. We stopped it."

That's not an explanation of the logic or relevance.

Being wrong and purposely lying are entirely different things. “If you like your healthcare provider you can keep them” was a lie. A lie is meant deceive to coerce in order to obtain something you are desirous of like Obamacare

All four of those are purposeful lies meant to deceive or coerce in order to obtain something you desire - i.e. to keep Trump's approval rating artificially higher by reducing panic about the truth of the situation.

But I also permit the possibility that he is a really ****ing massive moron who thinks he knows more than his own healthcare experts.

...what the actual ****? None of those are remotely close to accurate now nor were they remotely close to accurate when he made those statements.

They were statements to quell panic being fomented by the left.

They were objectively false statements designed to deceive or coerce in order to obtain something that Trump desire - i.e. an improvement to his approval rating or handling of the virus.

And seriously, it is the height of absurdity to continue arguing that this virus is threat not worthy of some very significant concern.

None were objectively false all were meant to quell panic purposely fomented by the left.
"I did not have sex with that woman, miss Lewenski" was a lie. Virus came from China and we are stopping it is not a lie.
