Iran came to the rescue of Iraq when the Regime in Iraq became Shia.

You are confused about ISIS - Iran has spent the last Decade fighting ISIS in Syria. It was the US who was supporting ISIS in Syria - who then went into Iraq.

Iran (and specifically, General Soleimani) saved Iraq from ISIS, when Baghdad was almost falling to the group and so too much of the Kurdish region. In fact, it was only after Iran, under General Soleimani, had already started to push back ISIS from many of their strongholds, earning thanks from even US allies like the Kurds, that the Americans joined the fight against ISIS in Iraq. Until then, as many even pro-US politicians in Iraq would recount, if it wasn't for Iran (and General Soleimani), they would have seen their country overrun by ISIS.

The missile attack came from within Iraq. The Pentagon claims Iranian supported militia's - Hezbollah was mentioned which is weird. Since when have Hezbollah been involved in Iraq - as in doing rocket attacks on US bases. Something doesn't add up here.

While I am suspicious about the source of the attacks against the US at this juncture given that Iran is preoccupied with the Coronavirus and doesn't appear in any position to be eager for a fight with the Americans right now, to be fair and accurate, there is a group Kataib Hezbollah which is based in Iraq (different than the more famous Hezbollah in Lebanon) which is allied to Iran. That is the group the US has blamed for the attacks and if they are to be blamed, it isn't because they are following Iran's orders (Iran isn't interested in aggravating the situation right now) but because the same strike that killed General Soleimani also took out the group's leader as well.

They do and so do many other groups, some of whom are indeed implicitly or explicitly funded and supported by one or another of the 'anti-Iran' states involved in Iraq. While its possible that this strike was indeed carried out by Kataib Hezbollah (again, they have their own motives and the strikes wouldn't have been their first either), it could have easily been a 'false flag' operation by one of the groups sponsored by the Saudis, Israelis et al.

False Flag is a definite possibility - especially given the propensity use such tactics in the ME - Sarin - White Helmets and so on.

So when the Irish terrorists were murdering civilians in London back in the 80's, your answer would have been to napalm Belfast?

I never gave it much thought, the terrorists weren't attacking America whichever side you deem to be the terrorists.

In the meantime, as the rocket attacks against the US bases have continued, with 4 such attacks in the course of the past week, the US has handed-over one its more contentious bases to the Iraqis.

And napalm Boston and New York as those cities were one of the main financers of the IRA

If there’s anything we’ve learned in the last couple years it’s that we should minimize contact with China.

It took me about a month in Iraq to ask wtf are we doing there, that was in 2004. And yet, we’re still there 16 years later.
