Re-posting to meet forum guidelines. I think it's good information that we all need.

Among all the shitty news being thrusted down our throats, this is a bit of good news.

    https://techstartups.com/2020/03/16...jyXyWCqq8OFeJZeJoCfb1K6IVX5G2Ca0GXT2Z-k0NPzFE

NIH has been working diligently to get a vaccine worked on. This virus is different than SARs and MERs as those were less infectious as this corona act's more like a cold in that the transference is much easier that the other corona's. However, the prior corona's were much more deadly once infected.

All this being said, the new presented in this article is a sign of hope that it's not all doom and gloom and that this will end, hopefully before all economies collapse.

Another good new story to add is that Apple is reopening their stores in China, showing that this is on the downward side of infections in China.

Apple's China stores reopen after a month

Does this mean the media can stop telling us we're all going to die?

I predict private companies will solve this, there's a pot of gold for anyone who does.

Things are developing all the time, thanks to scientists working on different fronts. Besides a vaccine, here in the UK they are also developing an antigen test to see who may have already had the virus and not had a noticeable reaction.
We could identify who is no longer much at risk of catching it if they already have antibodies and they could be free to work helping others or doing essential work more safely.
I find our reactions rather exhilarating in times of crisis. It tends to bring out the best in good people and show up the deficiencies in selfish people.
I feel sad for those who live by the grubby motto of, ‘you’re on your own’ when every time there is a problem, we always see that we’re all in it together and the best way forward is to help each other.

I think it's damn stupid to open these stores this early. Have we learned nothing from history? Anyone remember reading about the Spanish flu pandemic? Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water....

"While the global pandemic lasted for two years, the vast majority of deaths were packed into three especially cruel months in the fall of 1918. Historians now believe that the fatal severity of the Spanish flu’s “second wave” was caused by a mutated virus spread by wartime troop movements."

A message from the CDC Globalist World Socialist Agency to the OP:

Please refrain from encouraging people with facts that interfere with the progressive narrative to transform the western society from nation/state to the Utopian World Order by whatever means necessary

This situation has had the residual effect of exposing the reality of how badly the Progressive Globalists have sold out the US in terms of where our pharmaceutical inventories are manufactured.

Aspirin may have played a roll.

Interestingly there are a few drug classes that many take today that could be negatively impacting fatality rates with this virus.

Quite amazing how fast the trump admin has responded to the Chinese virus. Getting cures and helping the American people!

Rather optimistic to call these developments "cures".

Potential "cures" would be the a possible description, but there are always alot of them...

It's good that these companies though are trying new things. Hopefully we see more developments in record time.
