Being "terrified" of an over weight old bully is irrational. If anything is terrifying, it is that people support him.

Maybe the poll question ought to be, "Are you terrified of Donald Trump's Presidency?"
To which I would answer, "No moreso than seeing Donald Trump as my surgeon while laying on an operating table."
He is equally [un]qualified for both positions.

He is not a bully, what you are calling bullying is Pres Trump reacting to bullies, he never throws the first punch.. but he does punch back.. a good part of why we elected him, esp. after seeing the bullying former Republicans would tolerate and ignore.

Punch a trespasser and he punches back like he has the right to trespass? And why even use macho terms like, "punch," to describe President BoneSpurs caddy behavior? He's too much of a narcissistic sissy to EVER involve himself in real, "fisticuffs." Sarah Palin could easily kick his bag fat *meow* a$$! :)

Stop exaggerating. Sara Palin isn't intelligent enough to learn how to tie her own shoelaces and if she were to lift her foot to kick anyone she'd lose her balance, fall over and crush her ears between her own a$$ and the pavement.

Wouldn't take much to dunk little Donny BoneSpurs, and Palin punches with her fists not her feet. Fat boy may be more clever than Palin, but he's NOT nearly as macho!

You think Palin is macho? She's a scatter-brain bimbo ..... the kind who sees 'lasagne' on the menu and wonders what 'la zag knee' is.

Rather nasty post and your analogy does not work..AND your disrespectful name for President Donald John Trump puts you squarely in the camp of the hateful. And I use macho terms because I am in fact "macho" as defined by my wife's culture,, and I am sure it means nothing near what you think it means.

I don't think she's macho much.. but way more macho than Sissy-Donald-Draft-Dodger. She's also smarter. You never heard her shout at the public, "You Should Thank me for your 401K's!!!" Those aren't looking too good these days are they? SO sad....

Bully for you! The huge measure by which our current President disrespects his own office and citizenry mandates an equivalent response. He likes making up nasty names and if he is indeed manly, then he can handle having it thrown back at him. And may God Bless the woman you brought into the conversation if you measure your own manliness as equal to that of Trump's. And may God bless you as well. And if you served, please understand that I truly and wholly appreciate your service, though I may not always agree with your political persuasions.

I agree that is what he is doing, how you can applaud selling off America and our citizens for a quick buck is everything that is wrong with the Republican party.

Twisting my words doesn't make your position look any better. So you are siding with Communist China and blaming Trump for the CoronaVirus now?

The Establishment has been selling off America for years! That was my point. Sorry if I was not clear but I thought it was sooooo obvious. There are many indicators but the most obvious are those that do not want to protect our Southern border and demand amnesty. Most all of those were for Nafta, the Iran Treaty and other sell outs. Juan McCain was on that side until he took a dirtnap. Many Republicans but many many more Democrats. Even Obama was for enforcing the border til he got paid off. Now Trump has stated he'd make America Great Again and all the ones Hillary described as "deplorables" rallied to that response. Now Nato members are starting to pay their fair share, and China is going to pay tariffs until they pony up. You see the Biden, Kerry and Romney family getting wealthy in foreign positions but now the heat is on them!

I agree with much of what you are saying here, though you left the Trump family name off your list (and not too sure the others really belong there). Thought you were referring to the Market sell-offs. As for NATO, "paying their fair share," goes--- we OWNED them. And now it's kinda like Superman charging protection fees. Yes, yes, they should pay. But our mystique is all but faded under Trump. BTW~ I am for strong borders and ZERO amnesty. But when Trump went against his own promises made on the O'Reilly show prior to opening his campaign, to: pay down the deficit, raise taxes for the wealthy, and push for raising of the Prime Lending Rate --- he totally lost me. I will not sell out our country, which is what this get rich quick scheme Trump implemented is proving to have been.

I haven’t blamed trump for anything outside of being a rich adulterous imbecile and con man.
His supporters though — I blame them for much much worse.

Cons as an ideology have more similarities to communism than most other doctrines — not surprised you do not understand this.
If it is any consolation, I view yours as much much worse.

Thank you for your openness & honesty. I enjoyed your post again, very much. It gives me hope. I'm tired of the constant political conflict, obstructionism, & deadlock. I want to see both parties learn again how to work together somewhere in the middle ground, & get America moving forward again. I have lost respect for anyone & everyone who keeps the deadlock going--regardless of party or ideology. It's time for healing, & I see & hear an ever increasing number of Americans across this nation expressing this same desire. Those politicians who ignore this growing trend, will deservedly find their political careers dead-ended soon. The Coronavirus Pandemic is changing everything, but I hope to see some significant positive changes in America & Americans resulting from it. I genuinely hope so. :)

I don't think we disagree. :) Trump is good at doing one thing--building Trump towers in major cities around the world. He's ill-informed to un-informed on about every other topic of interest anyone can think of, & inept in dealing with any issue requiring an ability to work with other people as equals. He's a one man show, with an ego big enough to blanket a continent. I don't think it's natural stupidity that limits Trump's abilities. I think it's his gigantic ego, coupled with his total lack of curiosity & his really pathetic level of general knowledge to work with.

I agree about working together but having legislative gridlock doesn't bother me at all.

I think there is very little legislation that needs to be accomplished. Just keep things the way they are, if a bill doesn't have bipartisan support it probably shouldn't pass anyway.
