Court to Prove his Eligibililty to be President.He sloughed it off.
Never appeared.Used some legal eagle approach by getting to
the Attorney General of Georgia to downplay then dismiss the
seriousness of not abiding a subpoena.

 

You mean like Senate Majority leader Harry Reid.Who throughout
Obama's First Term refused to even debate a budget let alone pass
one.The Country was running on CR's { Continuing resolutions }
Obama had two Presidential Budgets { a requirement for a POTUS }
that received not a single { Yay }.
2013 - 99-0 { Nay vs. Yay } 414-0 that same year in the House
Obama was also the only President in recent memory who actually
submit his Presidential Budget late.
In 2012 his budget failed 97-0.
