This is not the way any of us want to die and is the worst part of this virus. I can’t imagine the loneliness involved in a death like this.

Why does/would the (alleged) jesus-god allow his (alleged) human creations to suffer like that?

 

Humans wanted free will. Pain and suffering came with apple.

 

I don't want to die alone. I want someone I love to touch my hand and talk to me. If my children are dying, I will want to knock down the walls to get in there before they die. Its just too much to demand of us.

 

This is why you should take every precaution. Nobody wants to die alone in a windowless hospital room hooked up to a machine.

 

I do my best, but I work in a kitchen in an assisted living. Kitchens are pretty tight quarters with lots of people closer than 6 feet. As for the older people, if they want a cup of coffee, or a piece of pie I hand it to them.

 

So these humans in Boston are suffering and dying alone because of this "apple", eh

I think God is letting us live.

 

I think there's a good chance god doesn't exist...

 

If it makes you happy, your free to believe whatever you like. Not for you to decide for anybody else though.

 

God set things in motion long ago. He/she does not interfere and micromanage. We have free will.

How do you know that, Tex? Do you have any credible evidence that this (alleged) god "set things in motion"?

Also, why do you think the (alleged) god might be a "she"?

 

Do you have any proof there is no God? Can modern science do that?

 

Really sorry, but people die alone, no way around that despite rulers have tried in vain to avoid it for millennia.

As far as ways to die versus others? Dying in a hospital bed older than 70, a vast majority of cases of this, would be an incredible blessing compared to other ways. Based on the demographics of this disease, it's a pretty good way to die all considered. Won't depress anyone by listing truly grim alternatives, or even those coming as a complete instantaneous surprise to victims.

But yes, it would of course be preferable to die surrounded by loved ones to alternatives.

 

"Modern science" has TONS of evidence to support the Big Bang Theory and the Theory of Evolution.

Modern science still hasn't uncovered even a speck of credible evidence to support the (fantastical) hypothesis that a creator-god exists...
